Start with counter billing and add the bar, the kitchen and the extras when your business needs them.
FL counter billing
Find bottles by search, barcode or excise code. Add discounts or coupons, hold and resume bills, and print on a thermal printer. Take Cash, UPI (with a QR for the exact amount), Card, Due or Split, with GST shown as CGST and SGST.
Peg-level bar counter
Open a bottle once, then sell 30, 60 or 90 ml pegs, a custom peg or the full bottle. Each bottle shows a fill gauge, ml remaining and pegs left. Bar stock stays separate from counter stock.
Tables & multi-floor bars
A live floor plan with free, running and reserved tables. Split, merge or move bills and assign waiters. Each floor can have its own GST rate and its own billing counter.
KOT & kitchen screen

Can I keep billing when the internet is down?
Yes. The ViniFlow POS app for Windows keeps billing offline on your counter PC and syncs automatically when the connection comes back.
Which states' excise formats are included?
ViniFlow has government return layouts for 10 states: West Bengal (FORM-7), Uttar Pradesh (M.S.T.), Maharashtra (F.L.R.-3), Haryana (FORM L-14A), Karnataka (CL-9/M.S.R.), Telangana and Andhra Pradesh (T.P.-2), Goa (FORM E-24), Rajasthan (Daily Sale Register) and Punjab (L-14A). There is also a generic form.
The layouts follow commonly used formats, so please verify the headings with your local excise office before you submit.
I run a bar without a kitchen. Does ViniFlow still fit?
Yes. You can run the peg counter with tables and waiters on its own, and add the kitchen and KOT later if you start serving food. An FL off-shop can use counter billing alone.
Is there an app for the owner?
Yes. The ViniFlow Owner app for Android puts live sales, alerts and your P&L on your phone, so you can check on the shop from anywhere. You can also add the owner AI assistant, a paid extra, and ask it about your books.
How does the daily WhatsApp report work?
You link your WhatsApp once by scanning a QR code. After that, the day's report arrives every night on its own, and the bot also sends low-stock alerts. You can ask it questions too, and your plan decides how many you can ask each day.
