What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, plus basic technical data to stop spam. We use it to reply to you, give demos, send quotes and run our Partner Program. We never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Navriddhi Tech Solutions, a software company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Navriddhi Tech Solutions, and “you” means anyone who visits this website.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers this website only: the pages you are reading and the demo, contact and partner forms on them.
It does not cover the business data you keep inside our software, such as Bhojone, ViniFlow, SalonFlow or WABizHub. That is covered by the terms for the product you use, which you agree to when you sign up. If you have questions about them, just ask us.
We wrote this policy with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind. We collect only what we need, use it only for the reason you gave it to us, and delete it when we no longer need it.
3. What we collect
Details you type into our forms. Depending on the form, this can include:
- your name;
- your mobile or WhatsApp number;
- your business name and city;
- the product you are interested in;
- any message you write to us; and
- if you apply to our Partner Program, your partner profile (for example, shop owner or accountant).
Basic technical data. When you send a form, our server also records your IP address, the date and time you sent it, the page you sent it from and basic details about your browser. We use this only to prevent spam and abuse, for example to block automated or repeated submissions.
Please do not include sensitive details such as bank account numbers, card details or passwords in a form or message. We do not need them to answer your enquiry.
4. How we use your information
We use your details only to:
- reply to your enquiry and call or message you back;
- arrange and give you a product demo;
- prepare and send you a quote;
- run our Partner Program, including reviewing applications and staying in touch with partners; and
- keep this website and its forms safe from spam and abuse.
We do not use your details for anything else.
5. Where your information is kept
When you send a form, your details are stored on the server that hosts this website and emailed to our team so that we can respond. Our team may add short notes to your enquiry, such as when we called you. Only the people at Navriddhi who need your details to help you can see them.
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. However, no website or email system can be made completely secure, so we cannot promise that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only:
- with the service providers who host this website and our email, and only so that they can provide those services to us; and
- when the law requires it, for example if a court or a government authority asks for it.
7. WhatsApp, phone and email
Our “Chat on WhatsApp” buttons open WhatsApp with a message ready to send to our number. Chats on WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
If you message us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we treat what you send in the same way as a form enquiry. We use it only to reply to you and help you.
8. Cookies and fonts
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Our pages load their fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser downloads these fonts, Google may receive your IP address and basic browser information. Google’s use of that data is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
9. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and form submissions only for as long as we need them to follow up with you and answer questions about earlier conversations. Then we delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
If you become a customer or a partner, we keep the records we need to serve you while you remain one. We may also keep some records for longer if the law requires us to.
10. Your rights and choices
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information; or
- stop contacting you.
To do this, email us at info@navriddhi.com. Please tell us the name and phone number or email address you used, so that we can find your details and check that the request comes from you. We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.
11. Children
This website is meant for business owners and professionals. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change our forms or the way we handle enquiries. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
